The area to be planted was around a soon-to-be-constructed hangi area approx 8m wide by 15m long. The students had been tasked with the design and came up with some very creative ideas for what the area would look like. PTC collaborated with kaiako to identify suitable natives for the hangi area. The time spent together was an absolute success.
