Solar energy Manurewa

During the PTC solar car workshop, rangatahi enjoyed learning how energy from the sun is converted into thermal or electrical energy and that solar energy is one of the cleanest renewable energy sources available. Empowering the next generation to consider alternative forms of energy is a key aim of the PTC program.
